Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

  • Shipments will begin processing once payment has been received. After placing an order, if payment is not released within a timely manner, we may cancel the order at any time.
  • Please acknowledge that a shipping charge will be applied to the order upon your requested shipping method. Shipping charge calculations are applied only after the package has been sealed and weighed.
  • All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
  • Please keep in mind 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services will have a higher shipping charge, thus Anny’s Bridal cannot be held responsible if the anticipated shipping charges are higher than expected. Please contact a sales representative for any questions regarding a specific shipping method.
  • Shipments will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 3 business days for standard shipments to be processed.
  • Customers may request for items to be held. Please acknowledge that we can hold items up to 7 days after the order has been placed. Orders will be released if the customer cannot be contacted.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. All shipment addresses must be made out to a valid address.
  • Shipments are processed during business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (PT). Shipments cannot be processed over the weekends or holidays.

Returns Information

JRB COLLECTION  RETURN POLICY

  • 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 3 days.
  • There will be a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel the order after we have processed your order or have created a shipping label and have charged your credit card
  • Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

  • The item(s) have been worn
  • The item(s) have been washed
  • The item(s) have been washed or altered
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them or are not in their original packaging are not accepted.
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition.
  • The Item(s) smell like cigarettes, perfume or detergent 
  • The Item(s) are packed in a poor condition, are wrinkled or otherwise un-cared for
  •  We will not accept any returns on LEGGINGS if it  has been worn , washed, altered , or do not have original tags on  them.
  • We are not responsible for holes on the seam or crotches of the leggings once it is worn or created by pulling or stretching it in any shape or form.

 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) TO JRB COLLECTION

  • Upon receiving your return, JRB COLLECTION   shall process your return within 48 hours after receiving your package
  • The customer is responsible to send the original merchandise to  our warehouse before our company  sends out the replacement/exchange, or before a refund is issued, or before any credit is applied to the customer’s account (This credit can be used towards a future purchase of JRB COLLECTION  products).
  • Once your merchandise is inspected and approved, a refund will be applied back to your original card / form of payment within 3 business days after inspection.
  • JRB COLLECTION   is not responsible for any delays resulting from your Bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies and procedures. Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.
  •  
  • Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
  • Shipping in not refundable both ways. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways for all non-defective and defective  merchandise.

 

  • Customer is responsible for the shipping charges and return costs for REFUSING to accept the package when the order is shipped or refused by the customer at time of delivery or  Returned-to-Sender  for any reason or Refused to accept the packages at anytime .
  •  We are not responsible for any packages lost or left at your front door  by UPS, USPS , FED EX OR DHL OR ANY OTHER CARRIES.
  • Customer is responsible to create their own label and email it to us if they want us to use their UPS , USPS or FED EX account number.
